This Privacy Statement describes how we use and disclose the information we collect about you when you visit our website, products, applications or services that reference this Privacy Statement (collectively, the “Services”). Because our Services vary widely, additional policies sometimes apply. These will be made available with the relevant Services and will form part of your contract with us if you use those Services.

For the purposes of applicable European data protection laws and unless otherwise stated, INPACK is responsible for data processing and the collection and use of your Personal Data.

MAIN DEFINITIONS

“Aggregated Data” is data that has been combined with information about other users and then analyzed or evaluated as a whole, so that no specific person can reasonably be identified. Aggregated Data may for example include a statement that "50% of our users have used the mobile application in the last month".

“Cookies” are text files, generally small in size. They are placed on your computer by the server of a web page. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or infect your computer with viruses. To prevent us from collecting location information at any time, you can turn off your device's location tracking feature.

PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We use technical and organizational security measures to protect your Personal Data, including, but not limited to, encryption technologies and authentication tools. TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA ABROAD

We operate our Services through our teams around the world, including those located in the United States, India and the European Union. We respect the privacy of children. Our Services are not designed to appeal to an audience under the age of 16. We do not disclose your Personal Data to the organizations that operate these linked third party websites. We do not verify, validate and are not responsible for the security practices of these organizations. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of each website you visit. This Privacy Statement applies solely to information collected by INPACK through the Services.

Ve Interactive Benelux

We use the services of Ve Interactive Benelux (Postjesweg 1, 1057DT, Amsterdam). In providing its services, Ve collects personally identifiable information from end users who visit our websites. Ve uses cookies and other similar technologies. For more information on the technologies used by Ve, see Ve Cookies Policy. A list of the purposes for which Ve collects personal information is set out in Ve's Privacy Policy. Generally, through cookies, Ve collects personal information about end users, including contact information and behavioral data. Ve uses this personal information to draw conclusions about the end user's personal preferences and to personalize the end user's web experience, for example by displaying personalized offers when visiting websites or personalizing similarly the client's website for the end user and by displaying personalized advertisements.
